Fluffy interaction between Merlin and Morgana.



“Lie back, silly.” Morgana’s voice came from leagues away.

Merlin relaxed. The fever burned until his scratchy pillow felt cool on the back of his neck.

“So cold. What happened to me?” Opening his eyes was too much. The light sent bolts of pain behind his eyes.

“You fell in the pond trying to save Arthur’s sorry self.” Through half-closed eyes, Merlin perceived a smile on Morgana’s lips. “Come, I brought some soup for you. Chicken.”

“Naw.” Merlin cringed. The Lady Morgana bringing him soup!

Arthur would have a thing or two to say about that.

Merlin managed a grin.
