Wow, this was desperately dark: you dispensed with all of the Fellowship and Sam (SAM!!!) summarily wham, bam! Frodo contemplating killing Faramir and failing and hating him forever and then "in a dungeon far below the Citadel, time passed in strange leaps and crawls." Frodo locked away forever underground; broken and tormented by his memories of the ring - now, that is a dark and hopeless story, that I can't really thank you for, because it creeped me out :( which is I guess why peeps write those things. So congratulations :)
