So like, I've always shied away from comment fic, especially in huge fandoms like Merlin where it seemed there were thousands of everything to go through with people I didn't know and it just seemed too overwhelming for me so I always got frustrated at their existence.

So apparently if it's on a slightly smaller scale (so far) and in a fandom I'm super-super-super familiar with, I can handle it and love it, too.

It's an LOTR fic-a-thon in comments. You can request anything, and you can fulfill anyone's request.

For example, there's a ficlet here that reminds me of rubynye:
Butterfly Heart, about Rosie in the Scouring of the Shire.

Also, I wrote this one about Haleth, the boy who showed Aragorn his sword in the movie verse of Two Towers before Helm's Deep.:

So if you have ever liked or do like to write LOTR fic, these are short and sweet, no pressure, no restrictions of pairing, genre, etc., as long as it takes place in Middle-earth!
