I continue to be very impressed with your running, esp in the heat.

We are having an uncharacteristically "cool" summer, about 10 degrees cooler than normal, low- to mid-70s. You should consider taking a trip out this way!

Thank you! Much of my running is done indoors at the moment, but when I meet with the group, it's outside...And of course next Tuesday looks like it's also going to be humid and hot, lol!

Ohh, you should head over here. We had a nasty heat all through June and early July but now it's much cooler. I can't stand the heat so I'm secretly waiting for fall which is my season. :)
