(no subject)

ya know, does it seem like I'm only writing mpreg lately?! Blame [livejournal.com profile] lilybaggins. She is the worst, corrupting influence evah on me.

Anyway, here is:

Scratch…scratch…scratch…

“Oh, bother!” Frodo muttered.

Aragorn turned over. “Can you not sleep?”

“I’m sorry I woke you. My belly itches.” Frodo rubbed the spot where his belly button had once been.

“Hold on, Frodo. Do not keep scratching it or you’ll break the skin.” Aragorn lit the lantern on their bedside table. He dug inside the first drawer and pulled out a small container. He dabbed a honey-like substance on his finger.

“The balm of sweet nights,” Aragorn laughed, rubbing it over Frodo’s belly. Suddenly Frodo recognized the ointment, the lavender smell of it, and his cheeks flamed bright red.

I don't read the NC17 bits but am I making an intuitive leap here when I ask . . . which cheeks?

oooh! :-D Well, I was thinking rated G there :-D

Seems appropriate to use, doesn't it, since it's part of how they got where they are!

Such a sweet story - and it helps balance out the nastiness of what Men are putting poor Frodo through in the other story. We need some "balm" there as well.

Thanks.

Heh. Thanks! :-) Yep, I needed to give balm to myself, believe it or not! :-D

Right I'm back I'm very happy to say. I've read the last couple of drbbles and they're all very sweet, just feel like wrapping Frodo in cotton wool now.

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed!

Another nice part! Poor Frodo...but Aragorn's choice in oils did make me laugh. :)

I'm with Ana here ... the choice of balm was a hoot! Do you think it was a little bit of wishful thinking on Aragorn's part?

Lovely. Poor Frodo with his itchy belly, all that taut skin just stretching tighter and tighter.

Hah! Good! More "TLTW!" More "TLTW!" (I abandon both proper use of the English language and the word 'please' after an entire day spent writing. All words of more than one syllable are beyond me.)

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed. I have a few half-done TLTW segments that I just need to get done.

Frodo certainly has gotten bashful since he got pregnant. Doesn't he remember how he got this way? It's a bit late to be embarrassed about it now. At least Aragorn is unembarrassed and ever-resourceful. That's our Ranger!

Heh. True. He does seem to be awfully bashful. THough I have another one that takes place around the same time that won't make him so very bashful. Hmmm....just need to finish it :-D Thanks, beruscats!

I have few phrases on the tip of my tongue... starting with "waste of good oinment" and up to..

Aragorn's hand kept rubbing Frodo's belly for few more minutes and the hobbit yawned, feeling very content and sleepy. Slowly, as he got more used to the feeling of the man's hand on his itching tummy (not that he wasn't used to feel Aragorn's hands all over his body, it was only unusual to have the man stroking his rounded belly), he started drifting to sleep. And that's why he missed the moment when Aragorn's slimy hand slipped down, leaving the mound of Frodo's belly behind...

Oh well you see what you're doing to me? :) I need to see the 9th month, I really need it!

Hee hee! I really have to post that NC17 segment that deals with this very matter! Thanks, frisky!

*thinks*

I think I would love to see a fic about difficults with having sex while being pregnant.... Heh, that's a hint. ;)

Me? How can little ole me be a bad influence, when YOU are the one who started this and influenced me? :D But glad you did . . . I can't imagine the world now without pregnant Frodo in it.

This is so cute---Frodo with the itchies and Aragorn using the er, balm, for a reason it's never been used before. Ah, very nice.

heehee! True. True. But I never would have written it if you hadn't whispered the idea in my ear... But I'm glad you did since I, too, can't imagine fandom without pregnant!Frodo. Thanks!
