Fried kway teow with prawns and cockles. Yes, yes and YESSS! Do you have kway teow over there? If you don't, you can you use the yellow noodles instead. And make sure you put in lots of chilllies. I like my char kway teow hot and spicy. Can I come over now?

I'm not sure if we have kway teow -- that's a particular kind of noodle? there are TONS of different Asian noodles at this grocery store I go to, so it's possible we have it...

Oh, hot and spicy is a given! I AM going to try making this some time! Some of the ingredients might be a pain to find here, though, like cockles. I think I read that you can substitute clams...
